How Is Catamaran Sailing Done
The sails are in the middle of a catamaran, which is balanced on two hulls. That’s all there is to it. Depending on the size of the boat, a cockpit, a main cabin, and typically some netting may be placed in the area between the two hulls (which can be a great place for relaxing in the sun).

Catamarans are popular because they’re fast and stable.
Catamarans are fast because they have two hulls, meaning they can carry a large amount of weight without sinking. The second hull is also used as a rudder, so catamarans don’t need large rudders like many other boats. Catamarans are very stable in the water, which makes them great for cruising or racing.

A vessel, usually propelled by sail, is formed of two hulls held side by side by a frame above them.
Can I go if I am pregnant?
For safety reasons, pregnant women are not allowed to go, but please come back next year!
Can I go if I have suffered spinal, back or neck injuries in the past?
Because the catamaran ride can be a bit bumpy at times and if you have suffered from these types of injuries you better refrain from going on the catamaran ride as they are active concerns.
Can I take my camera or phone with me?
You are allowed to take a camera or phone at your own discretion and should take into consideration the water risks. Disposable cameras and waterproof mobiles are the best.
Can a couple go together on the catamaran?
Yes, and you will be accompanied by our instructor.

Yes, the law requires that every person indulging in a watersport activity should wear life vests. we provide you with life vests at no additional cost.
Do we topple during catamaran sailing?
No.
Are there any restrictions which would prevent someone from participating in catamaran sailing?
Yes there are some restrictions for our Catamaran Sailing like:
- pregnant woman
- Persons who have limited mobility.
- Persons who have had any major surgeries or operations that could be affected by doing the activity, knee, leg, hip, shoulder, neck, or arm injuries/surgeries should avoid this activity
Persons who have or who have had any heart-related issues or seizure-related issues.
What if cannot swim?
Life jackets are provided to all our customers and must be worn for the entire duration of your ride. It is designed to keep your head above the water. You do not need to know how to swim and its important to remain calm should you find yourself in the water.
Do I need a reservation for this activity?
Although walk-ins are permitted, to avoid disappointment we highly encourage making a reservation.
